Masters Boarding Kennels
"We are blessed to have great clients...
We value each and every creature,
Great and Small!"
Important Updates:
Effective July 1st, all dogs boarding with us must be up to date on their Canine Influenza vaccinations. Previously, due to the 2023 vaccine shortage, we allowed exceptions with additional agreements. Now that the vaccine is readily available, this requirement is reinstated for the safety of all our canine guests.
Please note that all boarding deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the drop-off date, especially if your dog is turned away due to out-of-date vaccinations. Our staff diligently contacts vets and owners about vaccination status, so please ensure your dog's vaccinations are current to avoid any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
We will be closed to the public on November 28, 2024. We will have after-hour pick-up & drop-off available only at 8 AM or 5 PM sharp. To utilize this service, please have the $20 cash after-hour fee. *if not paid in cash, the after-hour fee is $30*

The History of Masters Boarding Kennels
Passionate For Pets
For over 40 years the people of Bowling Green, the surrounding area, and across the country, have entrusted our facility for professional care of their family pets. Masters Boarding Kennels was a Police Dog Board-and-Train facility before Tammy Marshall-Weldon acquired the facility in 1997, and is ensuring quality care for animals well into the future. Tammy Marshall-Weldon has been a dog enthusiast for many years. Her interests from childhood led her to a 17-year career as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in her hometown of Charlottesville, VA. She now continues her animal career as an all-breed trainer and exhibitor of Dobermanns. Tammy had the honor of training the 1998 and 1999 United Doberman Club's National Schutzhund Champions, along with the honor of being elected the United Doberman Club's President in 2022. She shares her success as an instructor and mentor for others with their pets.
